The laboratory is established to carryout tests on transformer oil. The laboratory has facilities to carry out the following tests on transformer oil as per IS 1866: 2017 and IEC 60422:2013:

  • Neutralization Value
  • Electric Strength (BDV)
  • Dielectric Dissipation Factor (Tan Delta)
  • Specific Resistance (Resistivity)
  • Water Content
  • Sediment & Sludge
  • Dissolved Gas Analysis
