Induction motor test laboratory

On the account of increased demand to setup a test facility for induction motor, CPRI has established new test facility for testing 415 V, 3 phase induction motors as per IS and IEC standards up to 55 kW. Test is carried out as per IS 12615 which adopts test procedure from IS 15999 Part 1/IEC 60034 Part 1 and IS 15999 Part 2 Sec1/IEC 60034 Part 2 Sec 1. This state of art facility for induction motor testing is fully automated to reduce testing duration, hence catering customers’ needs very effectively and efficiently. The laboratory is accredited as per ISO/IEC 17025.
