Oil Testing Laboratory
The laboratory is established to carryout tests on transformer oil. The laboratory has facilities to carry out the following tests on transformer oil as per IS 1866: 2017 and IEC 60422:2013:
- Interfacial Tension
- Flash Point
- Neutralization Value
- Electric Strength (BDV)
- Dielectric Dissipation Factor (Tan Delta)
- Specific Resistance (Resistivity)
- Water Content
- Sediment & Sludge
- Dissolved Gas Analysis
