Condition Assessment/Remaining Life Assessment (RLA) Study of Boilers as per Indian Boilers Regulations,1950 and as per client’s requirement. Non Destructive Evaluation (NDE) of various Boiler pressure part components as per relevant ASTM Standards and ASME Codes.
 

Major tests Carried Out:

• Condition assessment and Residual Life Assessment of all types of Boilers ranging from process Steam Boiler to 660 MW capacity, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, Gas and combined cycle Power Plant components, Steam turbine and Hydro turbine.
• In-situ oxide scale thickness measurement of boiler tubes for different power plants and process industries.
• Hydrogen embrittlement test of water wall tubes of boiler.
• Fibroscope based remote video based inspection of boiler and turbine components
• Detection and sizing of flaws (e.g. cracks) in plant components using Ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD)test, Phased Array Ultrasonic Test (PAUT), Ultrasonic Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) technique,
• Dye penetrant test (DPT),
• Magnetic particle inspection (MPI),
• Dimensional measurement test,
• Computerized Controlled Universal Testing Machine for Mechanical tests.
